Who may order

You need to be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. You are
responsible for keeping your account details, if any, accurate and confidential.

Products, colours and prices

We describe and photograph every item as faithfully as we can, though slight colour differences between screens
are normal. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may revise
prices, withdraw items, or correct obvious errors at any time before we accept your order.

From order to contract

Adding items to your bag and paying places an order — an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we send you
an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order (out-of-stock, a pricing mistake, or suspected fraud) we may
decline or cancel it and refund anything you have paid.

Paying securely

Payments run through an external, PCI-compliant processor over an encrypted connection. Your full card number is
never seen or stored by us. Submitting payment details authorises the charge shown at checkout.

Delivery, returns and exchanges

How we ship is covered by our Shipping Policy; how you return items is
covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Our content

Everything you see here — wording, photography, graphics and layout — belongs to CORNET BENJAMIN or its partners
and may not be reused without written permission.

Fair use of the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach its security, and no automated
harvesting of data.

Liability

The site and its products are offered “as is”. As far as the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not
responsible for indirect or incidental losses. None of this affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Which law applies

These Terms follow the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes fall to the courts located there.
